Cancellation Policy
To confirm your stay, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days or less of arrival are non-refundable
All cancellations must be made in writing and dated accordingly
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total
Changes to reservation dates or unit type within the penalty period are treated as a cancellation and are subject to current availability and updated rates
Refunds are not available for changes made within the penalty window
Reservation Policy
At Casa Palma, guests who book directly always receive our best available rate.
Rates remain subject to change until your reservation has been confirmed. Once confirmation has been issued, the reservation is no longer eligible for future discounts, promotions, or special offers.
All nightly rates are listed in USD
Taxes are included in our nightly rates
Cleaning fees, and applicable charges are excluded unless otherwise stated
Any changes in tax law or government fees after booking may affect your total nightly rate
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must send proof of ID prior to check in
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests
Reservations are subject to the maximum occupancy of each unit type
Additional guests must be pre-approved and may incur extra fees where applicable
Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and possible nightly rate differences
For third-party bookings, cancellation and modification terms may vary according to the provider’s policies
In the rare event that Casa Palma cannot fulfill a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer an alternative stay period or comparable accommodation.
These terms are governed by the local laws applicable to Casa Palma’s operating jurisdiction.
While we always do our best to honor room preferences, specific unit placement cannot be guaranteed until arrival.

These terms apply to all stays and services provided by Casa Palma.
Guests are expected to treat the units, shared spaces, furnishings, and amenities with care throughout their stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damage, negligence, or loss caused during occupancy.
Units may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation
Only registered guests may use the accommodation and shared property
Casa Palma reserves the right to request a security deposit
Failure to provide requested payment or deposit may result in denied access
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and possible fees
Unapproved late departures may result in an additional night charge
House Rules
If maintenance work becomes necessary during your stay, we may need access to your unit or shared facilities. We will always aim to minimize disruption.
To preserve the calm and welcoming atmosphere of Casa Palma, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules:
Respect quiet hours and the privacy of other guests
Excessive noise is not permitted
No loud speakers/no parties
Headphones are kindly required for calls or media in common areas
No glass/bottles allowed around the pool area
Please do not leave children alone in the apartments or pool area
The swimming pool and all shared amenities are used at the guest’s own risk. No diving allowed. No lifeguard is on duty
Please do not sit wet on our sofas or beds
No smoking inside the apartments
No drugs are permitted inside or around our property
No pets or animals allowed
Guests are responsible for all items inside the units such as: furniture, towels, kitchenware, TV, accessories, etc. Missing or damaged items may be charged accordingly.
Guests are responsible for all burrowed items and amenities: laundry machines, beach items, pool furniture, etc. Missing or damaged items may be charged accordingly.
Drone, commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval
Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the stay without refund
Casa Palma is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
We are not liable for accidents occurring inside or outside the property
Incidents occurring while using third-party services
internet interruptions or network malfunctions
circumstances beyond our control
Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
